Hi, I’m Rachael.

Consultant • Yoga Teacher • Intuitive Guide

Supporting people navigating growth, change, and reinvention.

My Story

My work grew from my own experiences of navigating pressure, transition and the quiet realisation that success without wellbeing isn’t truly sustainable.

For many years, I moved through life doing what was expected; working hard, carrying responsibility and striving to hold everything together. From the outside, things often looked fine. Internally, I felt the strain of constantly pushing forward without space to pause, reflect, or reconnect with myself.

Motherhood, life changes and periods of deep personal growth shifted my perspective. They revealed how much strength it takes not just to keep going, but to slow down, reassess and choose a different way forward.

Through this process, I began integrating the practical skills I had developed in business and leadership with the deeper work of nervous system regulation, emotional awareness and intuitive self-trust. Yoga became both a physical anchor and a pathway back to clarity. Coaching became a way to support others through the kinds of transitions I had experienced myself.

I came to understand that meaningful change doesn’t come from mindset alone. It comes from addressing the whole person, their responsibilities, their body, their emotions and the quiet knowing beneath it all.

My Approach

Today, my work brings together three pillars:

Strategy — for clarity, direction and sustainable progress
Embodiment — for strength, regulation and resilience
Intuition — for insight, alignment and self-trust

I don’t believe in one size fits all solutions or pushing people toward someone else’s version of success. My role is to help you find a path that works for your life, your values and your capacity.

My Story Continued...

I am also a mother, a partner, a sister, a daughter and someone who understands the complexity of balancing ambition, responsibility and the need for space to breathe.

I know what it feels like to carry a lot quietly.
To question what comes next.
To sense that life is asking for change but not yet see the full picture.

That’s why I do what I do, to offer grounded guidance, practical support and a calm presence for those navigating uncertain or transformative seasons of life.

You don’t have to have everything figured out to move forward.

Sometimes what’s needed most is space, clarity and someone who can walk alongside you as you rebuild in a way that honours both your outer life and your inner world.
